Program Overview
This expanded 7-day training program builds the commercial, analytical, process, and execution skills required of a modern Business Development Manager. In addition to core business development capability, the updated design now includes Business Process Organization and Project Management so participants can not only identify and shape opportunities, but also organize internal processes, coordinate cross-functional execution, and manage growth initiatives with greater discipline.
The program is designed for B2B&B2C organizations where Business Development Managers must work across sales, marketing, product, operations, finance, legal, delivery, and partner ecosystems. Participants finish the program with practical frameworks, facilitation tools, planning templates, and a 30-60-90 day action plan for application in the field.
